📋 Eligible Services for Refund (Within 24 Hours)

You can cancel any of the following services within 24 hours of the order:

  • Any Shared Hosting plan
  • Shared Remote Desktop Servers (RDPs)
  • Windows VPS
  • Private RDP services

Note: 15% amount will be deducted as a setup fee from the refund amount.

❌ This policy is NOT applicable for Domains and Linux VPS.

🚫 Non-Refundable Services

We cannot offer any refunds for the following services (once paid, we are stuck with it):

  • Domain Registrations
  • VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Linux VPS
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Master Reseller Hosting
  • Alpha Reseller Hosting
  • SSL Certificates
  • Add-ons and Setup Fees

📝 How to Get a Refund

To get a refund, you will need to:

  1. Open a support ticket at https://www.zillehosting.com/clients/
  2. Provide a valid reason for cancellation of the service
  3. Wait for our team to review your request

In a short time, you will get your refund amount with a 15% deduction (setup fee).

❌ You Will NOT Get a Refund for These Reasons

ZilleHosting will not issue refunds for the following types of reasons:

  • "I ordered by mistake, so please refund me."
  • "I don't know how to use the service like hosting, cPanel, or RDP, etc."
  • "I don't need it now."
  • "I have ordered the wrong product." (Tip: You can contact us on live chat for an upgrade or change the product plan. We can do it for you.)
  • "I am not using this service."
  • "Download or upload speed is not good." (Note: Download and upload speed depend on many factors like the limit of the source website or app.)

⚠️ No Refund for TOS Violation

You will get NO refund if you violate any of our Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Hosting illegal content (adult, hacking, phishing, malware, scam sites)
  • Spamming or bulk email sending
  • Abusing server resources
  • Abusive behavior with support staff
